Back in 2011, our founder, a former Riverdancer and TCRG, realised that it was important to find a fitness class they loved.
That is why ReelRobics was created, so our community can reconnect with the joys of Irish dance, in a non competitive, welcoming atmosphere.
Physical and mental wellbeing are of utmost importance. At ReelRobics, we combine the best bits of Irish dance, the craic and cardio.

Irish Dance Fitness Class
Whether you’re looking to learn new dance moves or hone in on your existing talent, you'll be made very welcome at our classes.
Christina created the unique programme with over 30 years experience in dance and performance. ReelRobics combines the basic footwork of Irish dancing with lots of arm movements for a full body workout.
Danced in trainers, it's suitable for adults of all abilities, complete beginners to champion dancers. You will feel like you've just stepped off the Riverdance stage after each workout!

Mat Based Pilates Class
We're delighted to offer this full body exercise programme for men and women. Devised by Joseph Pilates, the workout improves posture, abdominal endurance, flexibility, and balance. It is suitable for all abilities, providing your health professional declares you safe.
Christina gained her Level 3 Diploma in Mat based Pilates through Alpha Training NI and was chosen to be part of the renowned Neilpilates brand of instructors.
